Fulfilment and Shipping
  • All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful.
  • Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout but may be subject to delays beyond our control.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
No Returns or Exchanges
  • All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Please ensure your order, including sizing and colour choices, is correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at swag@alkimi.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
  • We will work with Printful to assess the issue and, if approved, a replacement may be sent at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
  • Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Product Information
  • We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • All designs and artwork are the property of Alkimi Exchange and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Liability
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, customs delays, or additional fees incurred upon international deliveries.
  • Once your order is shipped, responsibility passes to the shipping provider.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the store.
